PORTERVILLE, CALIFORNIA Reverends Mark and Tammy Dowell Juvenile Hall Ministries A Ministry of Upon This Rock International Ministries Rev. Mark and Rev. Tammy Dowell, have been called to the those that hurt. They are ordained under Upon This Rock International Ministries as well as graduates of the Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry. They are currently involved in home bible study groups as well as ministering in Tulare County Juvenile Hall. They seek to give to those who may never have heard, that they are indeed made in the image of God and there is hope and success in the Lord. They desire to show the Love of God to those they minister to. |
ESCALON, CALIFORNIA Revivalists Alan and Sharon Garren They are a part of the Upon This Rock Apostolic Team and, along with making themselves available to build the UTR churches, they also minister in other venues – including, but not limited to, business and church leaders. |
CHINO HILLS, CALIFORNIA Reverend Elizabeth and Bob Marquez Rev. Elizabeth is a proud graduate of Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry. She has been a member in good standing of Victoriuous Living Christian Center in Pomona, California for 13 years. Through the years, she has answered the Lord’s call to service without reservation. From counseling and mentoring one on one, to speaking in large venues, she has been diligent in her efforts. In 1999, Rev. Elizabeth founded Blood Covenant Ministries. This ministry was formed to touch the lost, hurting, abused, hopeless and needy. The Lord has blessed her with a prophetic mantle and has moved mightily through the ministry. Rev. Elizabeth is involved in a number of areas of service. Throughout the year, she is invited to speak at conferences, crusades, church services, women’s meetings, and women’s advances. Rev. Elizabeth also ministers regularly to the homeless at the Fred Jordan Mission in downtown Los Angeles and oversees an on-going discipleship program. She is thrilled and excited as the door to international ministry continues to open and looks forward to taking the message of God’s love and the witness of His miracle working power to the nations. |

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Reverends Alan and Judith Sproull Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry Teachers Alan Sproull is a graduate and former teacher of the Free Gospel Bible Institute in Export, Pennsylvania. He directed the Institute’s choir on its own radio program. He also Pastored several chuches in Arizona. As a Minister of Education and Music in churches in Phoenix and Tucson, he directed the Sunday Schools over a period of nine years, and also taught adult classes. He was Assistant Sunday School Director for the Arizona District Council of the Assemblies of God and spoke at various District Sunday School Conventions. He also directed adult, youth and children’s choirs and served as a Children’s Pastor. Alan has taught at Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry since its inception in 2001. Judith Sproull is a graduate of Valley Forge Christian College in Pennsylvania and Eastern Nazarene Graduate School in Quincy, Massachusetts, with a Masters Degree in Theology. She taught at the Free Gospel Bible Institute in Pennsylvania. As a Pastor’s wife, she20has taught ladies’ Bible studies, various workshops at women’s retreats and in children’s ministries. She and Alan have 2 adult children and attend Calvary Christian Center in Elk Grove, California. Judith has also taught at Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry since its inception in 2001. |
