Pastors Felix and Vedie are graduates of Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry where they were ordained and set apart for the work of the Lord. Felix operates in a strong pastoral love, better known as a Fatherly love. He and his wife have ministered to many married couples and have watched the power of God's restoration take place. Pastor Vedie is a powerful Prayer Warrior who takes her post in prayer seriously.

They currently pastor The Shepherd's Heart International Ministries which is an official outreach commissioned and sanctioned by Upon This Rock International Ministries.

 Pastors Adam and Mary Cuevas are graduates of Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministries and Covenant Life Theological Seminary. In a powerful team effort Pastors Adam and Mary operate powerfully in the gifts of the Spirit and in the gift of healing. Many lives have been remarkably transformed and set free from the weight of sin. The Word comes alive as Pastor Adam teaches from the Word of God. They are Senior members of Upon This Rock International Ministries. They are Senior Pastors of Kavannah Ministries (Kavannah is a Hebrew expression for intent and focus) that meets every Sunday at 5:00 pm as well as Tuesday and Friday evenings.

They have been comissioned by the Lord and ordained and sanctioned by Upon This Rock International Ministries.
