Our purpose is to save and restore one life at a time through Jesus Christ. Our vision is to bring restoration to those who have been hurt and have lost their way. Those who are creative and capable people who because of life's drama have become shipwrecked and cast away by the world. Bodies that should be healthy and vibrant in the service of God our Father are wasting away through inactivity which is a thief of God's greater blessings.

God's Word teaches that thoughts, words, and deeds are the seeds which create one's environment. However, if those thoughts, words and deeds and seeds are not of God our Father, they bring defeat, destruction and death. The Lord Jesus Christ has called us to a ministry of Restoration and Reconciliation of man's Spirit, Soul and Body. As the Scriptures teach "Faithful is He that calls you, who also will do it."

We purpose to bring about a new concept to the heart of man that says "Christ in You the Hope of Glory" (Colossians 1:27) We teach through the Holy Scriptures that every man, woman, boy and girl are valuable and precious through the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We invite you to come and experience the miracle action power of God's Word in praise, whorship, and the preaching and teaching of His mighty word with healings, signs and wonders following.

Pastor David is a graduate of Upon this Rock International Institute and a member of the Upon This Rock's Senior Ministry Team. He Houses within him a powerful God-given unction for the Word of God. He operates accurately and lovingly in the gifts of the Spirit. He is Senior Pastor of Face to Face International Ministries in Madera, California and also makes himself available to minister as invited to other Churches and for special events.

Pastors Felix and Vedie are graduates of Upon This Rock International Institute of Ministry where they were ordained and set apart for the work of the Lord. Felix operates in a strong pastoral love, better known as a Fatherly love. He and his wife have ministered to many married couples and have watched the power of God's restoration take place. Pastor Vedie is a powerful Prayer Warrior who takes her post in prayer seriously.

They currently pastor The Shepherd's Heart International Ministries which is an official outreach commissioned and sanctioned by Upon This Rock International Ministries.

The ministry that the Lord has called us into is one of answering the call for help from other pastors. At this time we are having a Messianic Shabbat Bible Study that meets every other Friday evening. We study from a Hebrew perspective and our goal is to rightly interpret and understand the Word of G-d. My wife Delia is also an annointed teacher of the Word and is a prayer warrior with a tender heart for the hurting people of G-d. We also serve on the UTR ministry team. It is an honor for us just to be able to serve our Lord and Savior Y'shua and His people. Ephesians 4:12 "for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ". Pastors Al and Dee's apostolic ministry also consists of assisting with the Upon This Rock Ministry Churches.
